These terms govern use of the website operated for TERNOPIL DEW HOTEL & SUITE LIMITED, trading as Ternopil Dew. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website. Mandatory rights available to you under applicable consumer law are not excluded.
What this website provides
The website presents hotel-approved information about Ternopil Dew, its room categories, facilities, dining, experiences, offers, location and contact channels. It also lets you send a stay, group, corporate or event enquiry. It is an information and enquiry service, not the separate booking or QR-code platform planned for a later release.
Enquiries are not confirmed reservations
Submitting a form does not create a reservation, guarantee availability, hold a room, fix a price or form a contract for accommodation, an event or another hotel service. A reservation exists only when the hotel sends an express confirmation through an authorised channel and any stated deposit, identification or other condition has been satisfied.
Do not make non-refundable travel arrangements based only on an automated enquiry receipt. The reference confirms that the website received your message; it does not confirm a stay or event.
Prices, offers and hotel information

Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Please contact the hotel first so we can try to resolve a concern promptly. If it is not resolved, either party may use a competent court or other lawful dispute-resolution process in Nigeria. Any mandatory consumer right to approach a regulator or court remains unaffected.
General
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. These terms, together with the documents expressly referenced here, are the agreement governing use of this website; a confirmed hotel service will have its own applicable agreement.
